The intention of this project is to encourage cardinals, bishops, priests and lay ministers to obey Canon 915, by denying Holy Communion to those Catholics in public life who insist, even after proper instruction and correction, on endorsing and supporting the alleged woman's right to an abortion and other attacks on human persons - born and preborn.

As we strive for the complete protection of the Eucharist from sacrilege, this web site will serve as a resource for up-to-date information on which "Catholic" public figures are promoting the culture of death, which bishops are protecting the Eucharist from sacrilege, and how you can help encourage our Catholic clergy and lay ministers to obey Canon 915.

There are instances when a Catholic's unworthiness to receive Holy Communion will be determined by the Church because of his or her public conduct, which may be in opposition to the moral law as taught by the Church. In these cases, the Church forbids members to receive the sacrament. 915 in the Code of Canon Law states:

Those who have been ... obstinately persevering in
manifest grave sin are not to be admitted to holy communion.

In recent years, the Holy See has declared that those who are unworthy to receive Holy Communion if they are "obstinately persevering in manifest grave sin" include persons directly involved in lawmaking bodies. These have a grave and clear obligation to oppose any law that attacks human life.
